As Brewer & Shipley get ready to play tonight in Kent, Ohio, where they originally met each other in 1964, Alan has given us a teaser of dates confirmed for 2010. I am sure it is just the start of many more shows to be added. There will be two more shows in the Northeast in 2010 & the Wildwood dates are firmed up.

Let me give any hard core Brewer & Shipley fans a tip. If you ever thought of going to see them at Wildwood, in Steelville, Missouri, then mark your calendars for September 10 & 11, 2010. Until they are announced by Wildwood, all I am allowed to say is that they will be a 'Very Special' shows. The 2008 & 2009 shows at Wildwood were very special and I will hold the shows from both those years in my fondess memories, but folks it sounds like 2010 could top both of those. When the details are announced I will be very surprised if the 2010 shows don't sell out very quickly. Get your credit card ready to make your reservations. How is that for a tease?

Ok the excruciating 30 minute wait is over. It is already announced on the Wildwood site that the great Jesse Winchester is appearing with Brewer & Shipley at Wildwood in 2010. Yes, the great JESSE WINCHESTER with the great BREWER & SHIPLEY. All I have to say is WOW! I'll let Michael tell you about their special backing band for these shows. I'd advise fans to buy your tickets early. These shows will be special.

I was simply over the moon when I saw Brewer and Shipley will be coming to CT. Last year I tried so hard to make it to the MA show, but my car was totaled a few weeks before. I thought for sure I'd missed my chance but alas I have not. I'll be at this CT show come hell or high water, sporting my home made shirt expressing the awesomeness of these guys. Anyone know of the set list they'll be playing?

Hey Fluffy, we wondered what happened to you at the Natick show last fall. Renee was looking for you. Sorry to hear about your car and thrilled that you get another opportunity this soon. Hope you don't have to fight Hell or highwater (especially the frozen kind) this time. We will try to get you lined up for a picture with the guys in your homemade shirt.
